REGISTER MY ATHLETE

In place of the UHSAA Tryout Checklist that has been used in the past ALL parents or guardians of athletes who TRYOUT must go to www.uhsaa.org and follow the directions to create a login and register their daughter (scroll down on the main page and click on "Sign in" under the heading "RegisterMyAthlete" then follow the prompts given). All forms, excluding the physical and the district participation fees, need to be completed before your athlete can tryout. However, please note, that if your athlete makes the team - physicals and participation fees are due BEFORE the FIRST game, otherwise she will not be allowed to play, so please do not procrastinate them. 

** Reminder about physicals: EVERYONE who makes the team needs one EVERY YEAR! There will be a chance for winter sport athletes to get their physical done at the school (date & time TBA), the cost is $15 **
