Attached is the order form for Future Images, who will be taking our team pictures on Thursday, November 8, 2012. Please fill out the order form and save a copy of it to your computer for your records.
Then, there are 2 options for turning in the completed order form:
Either send the completed form as an attachment to shawn@futureimagesposters.com (preferred method) before Thursday.
Or, print out a copy and bring it on Thursday to deliver to the photographer.
After pictures, we will be able to see them online at www.futureimages.instaproofs.com where they will be posted.
